SONOVISION-ITEP group and its Division Ligeron® have acquired a new company, CIGMA, on Monday 25 February 2008.

CIGMA has a sales volume of 2 million euros and specializes in providing project management support in the field of commercial real estate.

In this way, the SONOVISION-ITEP group and its Division Ligeron®, more specialized in risk management, project management support for large industrial projects and compliance studies (tunnel safety, ICPE environmental protection classification, HQE environmental quality standard, etc.), can develop at faster pace.

The complementary nature of their business and trades will enable both the Ligeron® Division and CIGMA to expand their offer to customers, particularly in the field of risk control and environmental issues.

After awarding it a 4-year contract for the revision and copying of Airborne Warning And Control System (AWACS) documentation of French Air Force E-3F aircraft, Air France has charged SONOVISION-ITEP with managing the AWACS program documentation until September 2011.

Since January 2007, EDF's Centre d'Ingénierie Thermique (CIT) at La Défense, in charge of managing the documentary resources for the thermal power stations delivered by EDF in France and abroad, has contracted SONOVISION-ITEP Ingénierie documentaire and Ligeron® to perform various missions:

Helping CIT obtain all necessary authorizations for a major EDF GAZ project: construction of a methane terminal at Dunkirk.

Making an inventory, preparing and organizing the removal of common archives, ascertaining which archives to destroy, which archives to digitize and enter in the EDM and archives whose storage is to be outsourced without digitizing.

Helping CIT engineers to manage their documentary resources, within the framework of a mission with obligation to achieve a result.

To date, SONOVISION-ITEP has obtained some forty orders to carry out safety studies from various operators (ski resorts, quarries, etc.). The orders are now coming in steadily and the team of inspectors in charge of these studies have started to travel across France to carry them out.

CT Vitrolles has just signed a new contract with EUROCOPTER within the NH90 project to create the CSS (Chapter Section Subject) for the Revision Manual, also known as Overhaul and Repair Manual (ORM).

Under the MegaJoule Laser integration and commissioning contract, CEA CESTA has retained SONOVISION-ITEP and Ligeron® (Bordeaux Mérignac Technical Center) to monitor and consolidate the studies on mission safety, reliability, maintainability, availability, testability, to create the Maintenance and Operating Plan in a Logistics Database, to optimize logistics streams and maintenance concepts, to draft the support Operating Procedures for the interfaces and to check the support documents and training plans.

On 15 June 2007, SONOVISION-ITEP received Paris Préfecture de Police accreditation to perform safety studies in explosive products facilities, by application of the law of 13 December 2005 on the accreditation of entities performing safety studies in explosive products facilities and on the characteristics of said studies. It supplements accreditation #3-242 received from the Inspection section of French accreditation committee COFRAC, per standard NF EN ISO/17020 and COFRAC application rules.

Under a European call for tender for the technical documentation (development phase) of A 400M military aircraft, AIRBUS chose SONOVISION-ITEP Group to produce the following ASD S1000D and S2000M Work Packages: Wiring, Avionics, Flight Control, Communications & Navigation, Indicating/Recording System & Monitoring/Diagnostics System, Integrated Modular Avionics & Information System.

This represents 30% of the entire contract, which is divided among 4 European networks.
