The manufacture of each
Ariane launcher involves a whole range of industrial actors from across Europe. Prior to
each launch, it is vital for the relevant information to be identified, selected and
presented to the decision-makers. SONOVISION-ITEP participates in this process by
supporting the CNES and Arianespace in the task of handling industrial non-conformity
issues and putting together the flightworthiness reports. With an average of one launch a
month, this activity calls for a high degree of availability, but still more essential is
the capacity for analysis and synthesis, allied to an extremely rigorous approach. It was
for these very qualities that the CNES selected SONOVISION-ITEP as lead company to manage the
information system and documentation for all of the Launcher department's development

The
American Maintenance Market of the Railway Industry is in full revolution. Operators as
well as OEM's are looking to optimize production costs and improve their means
at the same time. The availability of updated and accurate maintenance and parts
provisioning instructions, their immediate and complete updating during field
modifications campaigns, and their configuration management control are now mandatory and
priority requirements. ALSTOM is committed in the avenue of
Interactive Electronic Documentation and the skill and background of
SONOVISION-ITEP make them our ideal partner. The availability of experts from this company has allowed ALSTOM USA to
introduce itself as a mature supplier within the latest Request For Proposals issued by
the Washington, New Jersey, New York and Baltimore Authorities. In the case of New Jersey
Transit, the mission of SONOVISION-ITEP is to produce all the Interactive Maintenance
Documentation by using the specific ALSTOM developed tools and to publish that
documentation on paper in accordance with the format required by the customer. |
In the field of Materiel
Investment and Supply Chain, Airlines and Operators are more and
more demanding. Stock optimization, reduced lead-times, turn around
time and the "Just In Time" concept are now part of the daily jargon
between all involved parties. This new situation has generated the
need to improve our Materiel logistic processes and, consequently, EDP systems have to be constantly adapted. In terms
of consulting, system development and operations, SONOVISION-ITEP
is one of the key companies in which our confidence has always been
amply rewarded. |

Nowadays, maintenance documentation is task-oriented and acts as a gateway
between an increasingly complex technical reference framework and an equally if not more
complex operational organization encompassing safety, logistical, and human resources. Our
reason for choosing SONOVISION-ITEP to produce the documentation for the MP 89 - economic
aspects aside -- was that they had the right skills and level of expertise to handle this
dual complexity |
